ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System does not validating the product restrictions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should throw the error when product limit is breached

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an account with product restrictions.
2. save the account.
3. Initiate a transaction with restricted product.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, System does not throw the error when product limit is breached.

Changes

 Fix provided to validate and return error when product limit is breached.
