ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Generated MT707 in LC products fields 49M and 49N have incorrect sign "+"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
MT707 should not have any incorrect signs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create contract in LCDTRONL (ELU1)
2. Amend the contract in LCDAMEND - delete special conditions for beneficiary and change special conditions for receiving bank
3. Check generated MT707 - codes 49M and 49N

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate correct MT707.
