When Updating a Template/Draft under Initiate Outward Guarantee, the Custom Attributes Are Not Getting Updated (Doc ID 2717753.1)

Symptoms

When updating a template/Draft under Initiate Outward Guarantee, the custom attributes are not getting updated,
the following error is observed in logs.

com.ofss.digx.infra.exceptions.Exception: Access denied. User does not have permission to perform this action.
at java.lang.Thread.getStackTrace(Thread.java:1559)

at com.ofss.digx.infra.exceptions.SecurityAccessExceptionTransformer.translate(SecurityAccessExceptionTransformer.java:182)
at com.ofss.digx.app.AbstractSecureApplication.checkAccessPolicy(AbstractSecureApplication.java:181)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Dashboard-->Initiate Outward Guarantee-->Templates/Drafts
3. Select any draft and try to update and save a customized filed
