When attempting to click on submit in general feedback screen,
the following error occurs.

System cannot process request currently. Please try later

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to obdx application as superadmin.
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to Administrator Dashboard > Control & Monitoring > Feedback Analytics.
3. Select General Feedback.
4.Select values from dropdown.
5.System cannot process request currently. Please try later error occurs.
