ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is not firing ACRD one day before redemption and passing the balance amount on redemption and ACRD and ACRP events are fired one day late
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ACRD/ACRP events and acc entries are generated for 2020-09-08 and 2020-09-09 (as the redemption is 2020-09-10).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create securities instrument
2. Create portfolio
3. Input and authorize SE buy deal for this instrument
4. Execute EOD's until redemption date is reached.
5. Check ACRD and ACRP events and the value date of the accounting entries.

Due to this issue, users cannot make system firing ACRD one day before redemption.
