Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
After creation of new user, username is not available on user creation email.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
After creation of new user, username should be available on user creation email.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin user.
2. Create new retail/corporate user.
3. Email is sent to user's registered email id, but username is not available on same.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able know his/her username and cannot login to OBDX system.

Changes

 No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
