ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Application does not validate the bank code(NCC/BIC) for domestic and international payee

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
Application should validate the bank code (NCC/BIC) for domestic and international payee

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user.
3. Navigate to "Setup->Manage Payee"
4. For domestic payee, enter international bank code or vice versa
5. Click on "Verify" Button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect bank code is getting passed for domestic/international payee.
