Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to use forgot password option by Guest user for P2P transaction as guest user cannot receive OTP to complete the transaction. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A message should display to end-user that "Forgot password option" is not available for Guest User. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Register in OBDx to claim money which is received via P2P transfer.
2. When requested to log in, use the "Forgot password" option.
3. Enter the email address in the username field.
4. Enter your date of birth.
