Redirection to Dashboard Page Does Not Work After Applying Themes

Symptoms
After applying theme for a retail user, page redirection occur the following error occurs.
ERROR

Forbidden You don't have permission to access /home.html on this server.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to obdx application as Retail user
2. Go to Profile
3. Click on Themes, select desired theme
4.Click on apply, redirect to /home.html page and it shows forbidden error.
