Loan Syndication: System Unable To Inserting Record For IRFX Event (Doc ID 2718210.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

LBDVAMND: IRFX event inserting record in interest table only for rate fix required component

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
------------------------
System should insert record in interest table for IRFX event for all the components

STEPS:
--------
1. Create a contract with a component having rate fixing required flag is set and it would fire IRFX event.
2. Check in the table lftb_contract_interest and can observe that component wit rate fixing param opted will have record for both esn 1(init) and 3(IRFX),
but for other component there will be only one record with esn1.
3. When this contract is queried in LBDVAMND/LBDDDONL, the values are displayed wrongly for other non rate fixing param component . Since the query fetches the record based on max even seq no.
