For Service Request email notification, email content is not correct.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user.
2. Navigate to "Service Request->New service Request"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view raised service request details.
