Account Balance Alert Notifications are not being updated with Available Balance while consecutive debits (Doc ID 2718236.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In case of consecutive Funds Transfer, Account Balance Notification is coming with same Account Balance Amount as per last debit instruction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In case of consecutive Funds Transfer, Account Balance Notification must be coming with Available Balance as per each debit instruction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Application as Corporate/Retail User
2. Go to "Payments" >> "Within Bank" >> "Own Account Transfer"
3. Do consecutive transactions one by one
4. FCDB sends Account Balance Notification (A Host Notification) on each Successful attempt.
5. Available Balance is coming with same amount.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer is getting confused with similar Account Balance even after multiple outgoing/debit transactions.
