Login Alerts For Failed And Locked User ID Scenarios Are Not Available (Doc ID 2718265.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Failed Login alert & Locked User Id alert are not available for end users attempted to Login. 

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the user inputs the wrong password system validates and gives Invalid User name & Password. System should send notification vai EMAIL/SMS to end users.

If user inputs wrong password for 3 times and the user account is locked, system must send an alert to end users.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application using invalid password.
2. system throws invalid username or password.
3. User tried 3 times and the user account is locked.
4. User tried to reset the password using Forget Password option.
5. System throws 'User Account Locked. Please contact Branch administrator to unlock'

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not receive locked and failed login alerts.
