Performance Issue in Loading Accounts On Dashboard When TD Accounts Are Attached to The Customer (Doc ID 2718625.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Accounts take a long time to load on Dashboard where in there are TD Accounts attached to the customer.
Observation is that the view fcc_vw_mstaccount takes too much time to load especially when there are TD accounts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Accounts should be loaded in acceptable time limits

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login to OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Application as a Retail User where TD Accounts are attached to Customer.
2. Note the time taken to load the Accounts on dashboard
3. Observation is that it takes more than 40-50 secs to load on Dashboard.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users experience a performance lag during loading of Accounts on Dashboard.

No changes done to the environment, product or hardware causes this issue.
