Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Report CRCT17 is taking indefinite time to process in Production Site.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Run Report should take minimal time to process in Production Site.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Corporate/Retail Application
2. Go to "Customer Services" >> "Register Report"
3. Select "Report Type" as "CRTC17"
4. Press "Run Report"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Report will get hanged and will not give any response.
