Incoming Claim Payment Isnot Matched With Outbound Charge Claim Sent For Incoming Payments Withcover (Doc ID 2718633.1)

Oracle Banking Payments(OBP) does not match incoming claim payment received for our outgoing charge claim MT191 if incoming payments was with cover (not from correspondents). Problem happens for all claim payments received by MT910 or MT202 and in full or partial..

If incoming payments is received from NOSTRO (no cover) and an MT191 is sent, then incoming MT 910 (full or partial) is matched by OBP to outbound charge claim.
