Account Summary transaction is taking more than 3 minutes to load in Production Site.

Account Summary transaction should take minimal time to load in Production Site.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Corporate/Retail Application
2. Account Summary is taking more than 3 minutes to load.
