Symptoms


When attempting to add new payee in alphanumeric form
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid Nickname


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application with retail user
2. Navigate to manage payee -> add new payee
3. Enter the details for payee
