Bulk File Status Remains in "Processing in Progress" And Not marked As "Completed" After Successful Processing at Core Banking (Doc ID 2718676.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
A particular file which has gone through all the stages and processed in UBS, is not marked as COMPLETED in OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) end.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
Files that have been processed at Core Banking, should be marked as COMPLETED.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login into OBDX Application and upload a file
2. Approve the file from Checker, the file completes all the stages in OBDX.
3. Request from OBDX end goes to Core Banking and gets processed there.
4. File Status remains PROCESSING_IN_PROGRESS but not COMPLETED.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to come to know if their file is completed or not.

No changes done to Hardware / Product / Account causes this Issue.
