ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user have modified the UDF, validation logic specified at UDDUDFMT, the UDF validation at transaction level is happening at pick up level only.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
UDF validation should be consistent across RT screens i.e. validation should happen only on final save, the UDF validation will happen on FINAL SAVE only and not on pick up
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain mandatory UDF. Attach it to CHWL product.
2.Do 1001 transaction.
click on pickup button.
3.Change the amount again and click on save. Pickup operation will be mandated.
4.Click on pick up button. Mandatory UDF error should not come. Click on save. Mandatory UDF
5. Validation should happen. Enter UDF and provide the denomination details and
save. Validate the accounting entries and the till balance for updation
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, There will be inconsistency in UDF validation users will not able to do UDF validation on final save .
Changes
Chaanges done in package body uvpks_udf_upload.sql to perform the UDF validations on save operation when performing
a retail teller transaction so as to ensure appropriate values to be built in
the response on pick-up operation.
