System is allowing to input the CASA account in MF account number field and save (Doc ID 2719461.1)

Symptoms

The system is allowing to create MF contract with existing CASA account. 

Expected Behaviour 
-----------------------
System should throw error while user is inputting an existing CASA account or generate the account number as per the mask maintained (Auto Account Generation as Y)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch MFDACCNT screen.

2. Click new and input all the details with the account number as an existing CASA account.

3. Do product default.

4. Verify whether the account number is changed as per the mask maintained.
