ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In CSDINSTR screen , memo set as Both but not triggering for authorization
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When setting memo with display type 'Both' and 'Override', this should trigger an override
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In CSDINSTR create new memo and set to override
2. Do effected transaction from Screen 1401 and prompted an override message
3. Press Accept and save and routed the transaction for authorization
4.Logged with Authorizer. MEMO changed from override to both
5. Effected transaction from screen 1401 and not generate Override.
6 In Screen 1006 and 1001 and Override message not being generated
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will unable to view override message from 1006 and 1001 screen.
Changes
Fix provided to the code to consider the instructions with display type as BOTH to be shown as Override.
