Symptoms

Add International Beneficiary does not work after applying quarterly PS5

When tried to create International Beneficiary the request fails with error.

System cannot process the request


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Step 1: Log in into the OBDX application using Retail user
Step 2: Toggle menu --> Payments -->setups --> Manage Payee --> Click Add New Payee from
Step 3: Click on International Payee Tab
Step 4 : Provide all the details and click on Add button.
