Error "System Cannot process.." While Trying to Set Alternate Login For Mobile Application (Doc ID 2719559.1)

When attempting to set Alternate Login for the Mobile Application,
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "OBDX_PROD"."DIGX_MB_DEVICEDETAILS"."MANUFACTURER" (actual: 24, maximum: 20)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Mobile App login Page for OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Application
2. Click on Enable Alternate Login
3. Select any option and click on confirm.
4. Error as mentioned above is noted on screen along with SQLException on Logs

Also, there is one more way of simulating this as below -
1. After Login into Mobile App, go to Security settings
2. Manage pin/pattern/biometric --> Enter password --> Select pin/pattern/biometric.
3. Click on Confirm --> Error as mentioned above is noted on screen along with SQLException on Logs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some users cannot set the alternate login for mobile application.


No changes done to the Environment Hardware or product triggers this Issue.
