On Fund Transfer Screen, The Cooling Period Limit Amount Doesn't Get Updated On Screen. (Doc ID 2719864.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Initiate a transaction within the limit under cooling period, the limit amount doesn't get updated on screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The application should update the limit amount after the transaction is initiated in the cooling period

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Limit Definition for cooling period limit and LimitPackage to be applied for retail user
2. Login into Retail User,Create a new Payee to initiate cooling period limit
3. Navigate to the fund transfer screen , Initiate a transaction less than limit amount
4. Navigate again to the fund transfer for the same payee check for the limit amount - under the view limits
