Future dated Incoming MT103 got processed on the same day instead of moving to Warehouse

Simulation Steps:
1. Inject MT103 SWIFT message with field 32A having the next day. This date is also branch and currency holiday
E.g. Injected MT103 SWIFT message on 28th August 2020 (Friday) with Field 32A having a date as 29th August 2020 (Saturday)
2. Transaction is processed successfully in IMB and cross border incoming transaction is created on PXDIVIEW.
3. Verify cross border incoming transaction on PXDIVIEW. The system derived activation date as 28th August 2020 (Friday/Today's date/Previous Working Date) and the Instruction date as 31st August 2020 (Monday/Next Working Date)

Expected Result:
Bank is expecting that system should have derived the activation date also as 31st August, Monday which is the next working date instead of deriving it as the previous working date of 28th August 2020 since 29th August was a holiday. Please note that the Instruction date was correctly derived as the next working date 31st August. Please also note that in case of a similar scenario for cross-border outgoing payments injected through SPS, the system is correctly deriving the activation date as the next working date.
