Symptoms

Incorrect format of F79 in MT199 after patch set release

Even though users are saving the record with proper details by respecting the max char allowed per each row of F79,
during saving system is automatically concatenating these details and which is not according to SWIFT standards.

According to SWIFT standards, MT199, F79 Narrative should have format 35*50x.
In this case system is not splitting details in rows of 35 char.
Being more char, then NAK is received from SWIFT.

Expectation : According to SWIFT standards, MT199, F79 Narrative should have format 35*50x. In our case system is not splitting details in rows of 35 char.
