Test Mail For SMTP With TLS Enabled Throws Error (Doc ID 2720245.1)

Symptoms

Test mail for SMTP is not working for Admin user with "host unreachable" error coming.

ERROR

Exception occurred in validateSmtpServerConnectivity method of class:'com.ofss.digx.app.common.extconnection.service.ExtConnectionUtility'
javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: mds3.ultracrest.com, port: 25;


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX as an Admin user.
2. Go to System Configurations and click on SMTP.
3. Input all SMTP details and click on "send test mail".
