Symptoms


When attempting to open a new term deposit, it is failing with below error:


1.New term deposit booking is failing with error message as “System cannot process the request currently please try later” where Source account is Dormant.

2.New term deposit booking is failing with error message as “System cannot process the request currently please try later” where Source account is Frozen.

3.New term deposit booking is failing with error message as “System cannot process the request currently please try later” where Source account does not have sufficient balance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail user.
2. Choose dormant account for open TD account as source account.
3. Open TD account and you will receive generic error message.
