Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Mail sent by users are not received by admin.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mail sent by users should be received by admin.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to obdx application as Retail/Corporate User.
2. Navigate to Mailbox > Mails > Compose mail.
3. Compose a mail and send.
4. Login to Admin user and navigate to Mailbox > Mails > Inbox
5. Mail sent by user not received by admin user.
