ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is allowing the user to authorize the amendment through LCDTRONL screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should prevent the user from authorizing the amendment through LCDTRONL screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Load LCDAMEND screen and try to do amendment to a current value dated LC contract.
2) a. Modify the contract amount.
b. Uncheck the field 'Beneficiary Confirmation Required'.
3) Save the amendment.
4) Load LCDTRONL screen and try to authorize the contract.
5) System will allow the user to authorize the amendment.
