Symptoms
When attempting to save username and password in smtp configuration ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Can't find resource for bundle com.ofss.digx.infra.resource.ErrorMessageResourceBundle, key DIGX_CY_0001
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to obdx application as admin user.
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to system configuration, click on SMTP.
3. Enter recipient email id,recipient username and password.
4. Click on save, error occurs.
