USSAR 807 report: CRR Narrative Is Not Reflecting Correctly as given in ECM. (Doc ID 2720679.1)

Symptoms

CRR Narrative is not reflecting same text when a case is promoted from ECM.


Steps to simulate:
1. Login to ECM Application.

2. Copy the text to ECM narrative tab.

3. Generate USSAR from ECM.

4. Login to CRR application, Open the promoted report and check narrative tab.

Before Promoting a case to CRR: 

 

 

After promoting a case to CRR:

 

Expected: Narrative lines which were added in ECM should reflect as it is in CRR report.

Actual: Narrative lines which were added in ECM are not reflecting as it is in CRR report.
