Initiating Fund Transfer Throws Error 'Request Timed Out Please Check The Status Of Transaction In Transaction Activity' (Doc ID 2720719.1)

When attempting to verify the domestic fund transfer transaction
the following error occurs.

Request timed out. please check the status of transaction in transaction activity

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into application with a user
2. Navigate to the fund transfer - Initiate a domestic fund transfer
3. Fill the required details and click on submit - on verify screen - transaction get timed out
