Grant And Revoke Actions For User Channel Not Registered in Audit Log

Auditing of Grant and Revoke user not working.
When a user grants/revokes channel access to a user, that action is not registered in Audit Log of OBDX.
The action of channel grant/revoke access for a user should be registered in Audit Log.
1. Log into OBDX as an admin user.
2. Go to User Management and search for a user.
3. Grant/Revoke channel access to that user.
4. Go to Audit Log and search for the entry by entering some parameters.
