ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Charge Liquidation status updated to “L” even though CNAPS Outgoing transaction is in Process Exception Queue and Accounting Entries have not yet generated. Ideally charge liquidation status should be updated to liquidated only after accounting entries are generated. Also, the charge liquidation status is shown as NULL in the front end PHDOVIEW sceen under the pricing tab because there is no corresponding charge liquidation status value for “L” defined in the RAD of PHDOVIEW.

Charge Liquidation status shooldn't n be updated to “L” when CNAPS Outgoing transaction is in PE Queue.
