User Not Able to Login When Biometric Login Token Expires (Doc ID 2721531.1)

Symptoms

If the token for Bio metric login is expired the user is not able to log in to the OBDX mobile app.
The application stops responding.

ERROR

OBDX logs show the error:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.ofss.digx.sms.jwtAsserter.OBDXJWTIdentityAsserterProviderImpl.assertIdentity 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX Android app via Biometric set up for the user.
2. If the token is expired (as per token expiry period) application does not respond.
