ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
The user has closed account in host side but still can login into OBDX.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
User should not be allowed to login into OBDX application if account is closed on the host side.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In UBS side - look for closed customer account.
2. With the same login details try to login into OBDX.
3. User can login into application.
