ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

webservices - Request for application entry

During auto decision, when secondary applicant is sent for manual scorecard review and primary applicant failed in the scorecard, Status of the application should be NEW - REVIEW REQUIRED. But system updates the status to REJECTED - REVIEW REQUIRED.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

During auto decision, when secondary applicant is sent for manual scorecard review and primary applicant failed in the scorecard, Status of the application should be NEW - REVIEW REQUIRED. Since the secondary application still in process for manual review


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set up AUD_SCORING_METHOD_IN_BUREAU = MAX_TIER. System should consider the maximum score from the available scores

2. Create application in application entry with applicant and co applicant through webservice

3. Scorecard setup should be configured in a such a way primary applicant score will be rejected and secondary applicant score required manual review

4. Verify the status of the application after auto decision
