System not updating the balance to 0 when the account is voided

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When account is VOID, system should clear the Amortization balance. Check GL Transactions->Amortized Transaction tab for amortized transactions posted for the account. Transactions will have the details with GL post date and amortized amount for the month end.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When account is voided, system should clear all the balances including Amortization balance.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select any active loan account.
2. Reverse the active transaction to close and void the account
3. Verify the account balances and amortize balance from Accounts Balance table. Also the Amortized transactions screen
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer not able to reconcile the account balance when there is a balance in the amortization tables.
