Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incoming MT 103 is moved and remains in Inbound Messages STP Queue [PQSSTPQU], whereas incoming MT 910 was moved to Incoming Unmatched Queue [PQSIUNMQ].
As a result incoming payments are not processed at all.
