ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Registered billers list is not present in OBDX E-Bill request which is passed to the host application to get the list of bills for a particular customer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Registered billers list should present in OBDX E-Bill request which is passed to the host application to get the list of bills for a particular customer.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login through corporate user
2. Navigate to Dashboard > Toggle Menu > Bill Payments > Bills
3. View the request and response in the logs
