Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support,
IC Rate maintained for Rate Code and branch - ALL is not getting applied in IC calculation.

Due to this issue, users are not getting correct rate pickups for accounts.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do Rate Maintenance at Rate Code Level for branch ALL.
2. Check IC calculation for an account.
3. System not picking the ALL branch maintenance.
