Symptoms
When attempting to save username and password in SMTP configuration ,
the following error occurs.
Error while saving SMTP Configurations in System Configuration in Admin :- Can't find resource for bundle com.ofss.digx.infra.resource.ErrorMessageResourceBundle, key DIGX_CY_0001
After following steps to configure AES Key and Generating Public Private Key Pair from Admin Module, none of the users are able to login and even use Forgot Password.
Error while Login :- Invalid Username / Password
Error while using Forgot password :- The length of the password must be within the allowed range.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to OBDX Application as admin user.
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to system configuration, click on SMTP.
3. Enter recipient email id,recipient username and password.
4. Click on save, Error "Can't find resource for bundle com.ofss.digx.infra.resource.ErrorMessageResourceBundle, key DIGX_CY_0001" is seen.
5.After following steps to configure AES Key and Generating Public Private Key Pair from Admin Module, none of the users are able to login and even use Forgot Password.
