Account Number validation in Domestic Payments

Hi,

We observed that the account number in Domestic Payments is not validated. We can submit a payment even with a non valid account number, or when including special characters for example.

I am attaching a screenshot.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with corporate user
2. Go to Payments > Payment and Transfer > Adhoc Payment
3. Do domestic payment to alphanumeric account number with special characters
4. System will allow to input invalid account number.
