System Does Payment Chain Building Partially Based On Cover

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
system did not change the receiver as the receiver of cover.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Since cover is suppressed, system should have changed the receiver as the currency correspondent.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Inject a Rev103/202 via EMS with tag 57 BIC having RMA. System will generate main msg with cover to currency correspondent.
2) The payment goes to BO and User approves from BO and after scanning, it gets warehoused.
3) User goes and maintains the cover suppression rule to suppress the cover.
4) the warehouse job releases the payment from FV queue and cover is supresssed, however, system didnt change the reveicer as the receiver of cover, which is incorrect.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Rev MT103/202 did not process as expected.
