After UI Build, Error "t.getCurrencyFractionalDigit Is Not A Function" Is Displayed For Amount Field On Payments Screens. (Doc ID 2724665.1)

Symptoms

After UI build, payment screen shows error for amount field.

ERROR

t.getCurrencyFractionalDigit is not a function.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run UI build mentioned in below doc.

2. Login to OBDX with Retail User.
3. Navigate to "Payment & Transfer->Money Transfer"

Due to this issue, user is not able to initiate any payment transaction.
