Symptoms

File Upload ||Internal transfer Unable to download the response file

Unable to download the response file whereas we can download the e-receipt and also able to download files from 'Download As' option in PDF format.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBDX as a corporate user
2.Go to File Uploaded Files Inquiry
3.Enter your file reference id and search.
4.Click on File reference id
5.Click on Response file download.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download the response file.
