ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Queue Code is blank and the Checker ID is incorrect in the Single Payout Service Screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Queue Code is blank and the Checker ID should be correctly updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inject a SPS transaction such that it lands in Network Resolution Queue.
2. Cancel the transaction from the Network Resolution Queue
3. Verify the Queue code and Checker ID for the transaction cancelled in the Network Resolution Queue in the Single Payout Service Screen -PMDPNSPS

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Queue Code and the Checker ID is incorrectly updated in Single Payout Service Screen.
