Symptoms

On : 11.2 version, Production Support-SET
 Unable to Authorize the VAMI its failing with error CL-ACNT01 

CLPKS_VD_AMENDMENT--> error is ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value
CLPKS_VD_AMENDMENT--> Error in processing the function fn_facr
clpks_recalc-->ROLLBACK as clpkss_vd_amendment.fn_process_vami_for_acc returned FALSE for acc:
clpkss_util->EXCEPTION RAISED for Acc ::::Failed during recalculation while processing for VAMI with CL-ACNT01;~

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform VAMI for maturity date change, from CLDACCVM.
2. Save and authorize the VAMI

Due to this issue, users cannot save the VAMI.
